Agenda & Approvals
The agenda was approved as presented.
The consent agenda, including the approval of January meeting minutes, expenditures, and the treasurer's report, was also approved.
Community Engagement
Gina Jaynes addressed the Board regarding educational guardianship if a family moves out of the district.
Two Minutes of Good: 7th and 8th Grade Homeroom Teachers, Penny Hale and Kamryn Graviett, shared positive highlights from their classrooms.
Board Decisions & Updates
Athletic Cooperative Agreement: The Board approved the MSHAA athletic cooperative agreement with Scott County R-IV for the 2025-2026 school year.
2025-2026 School Calendar: The Board approved the upcoming school year’s calendar. The calendar can be found on the District's website unded the District Calendars tabs.
Policy Review: The Board reviewed Policy 5550, Regulation 2785, and the Allowability and Procurement Plan.
Safety Updates: Information regarding ongoing safety measures was shared with the Board.
Program Evaluations: The Board received evaluations for Instructional Resources, Curriculum, and Library/Media Services.
Local Assessment Plan Update: The Board approved an update to the standardized test version in the District’s Local Assessment Plan.
SEMO Educators Advantage Program: The Board approved the District’s participation in this program, supporting educator benefits and resources.

Staffing Decisions
The Board approved probationary contracts for the following certified staff members for the 2025-26 school year:
LeShae Hann, Kamryn Graviett, Victoria Wittig, Sarah Seabaugh, John Erik Jenkins, Regina Merrell, Katelyn Jansen, Crystal Bentley, and Anna Wagner.
Kim Riley was offered a .25 FTE probationary contract.
Stephanie Hahn was offered a permanent contract for the 2025-26 school year.
Catherine Duncan was hired as a substitute nurse.
