The Angel Tree Committee sent this to our District earlier and we are delayed in forwarding it. Our apologies for the delay but also deep gratitude for their service to our community!!
D E A R C O M P A S S I O N A T E H E A R T S ,
As we reflect on the joy and spirit of giving during the Christmas season, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all those involved in making the Angel Tree project an incredible success.
Your generosity, dedication, and unwavering support have brought immense happiness to individuals and families in need. Together, we were able to assist 23 adults, 77 children, and even a beloved furry friend with gifts, ensuring that the holiday season was brighter for each one.
Here is just one example of the impact that you made on one single mother’s life this Christmas: Sara is one of the single mothers that was helped because of your generosity. Sara is living in a treatment facility with only her infant and what she could carry with her. She has been running from her previous abusive living situation and trying to start over. After Sara had received the Christmas gifts, she was absolutely overwhelmed. Sara informed her Case Manager how amazing the gifts were and how perfectly the outfits fit her daughter. Sara wants everyone to know how grateful and blessed she is to have received these gifts.
Additionally, your kindness extended to filling 130 stockings for those in need, providing them with essentials and heartfelt treats that undoubtedly brought smiles and warmth during this festive time.
The impact of your efforts is immeasurable. Through your contributions of time, resources, and compassion, an estimated $30,000 was spent on gifts, while $6,000 was dedicated to filling those 130 stockings. Your willingness to help others, especially during this time of year, is truly inspiring and humbling. The smiles, gratitude, and warmth shared by those who received these gifts and stockings are a testament to the profound difference your support has made in their lives. Your kindness has created cherished memories and moments that will be remembered far beyond the holiday season.
Please accept our heartfelt thanks for your invaluable contributions and commitment to the Angel Tree project. Your generosity embodies the spirit of giving and has made a lasting impact on our community. We are immensely grateful for your support and look forward to continuing this meaningful journey together.
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous holiday season filled with happiness, peace, and the same generosity you've shown to others.
May God bless you all!

Return to Regular Routes
Bus routes will return to regular routes this afternoon (1/17/24). Students will be dropped off at their regular drops and times. Students in grades 4 and below must have a parent visible at drop off. If there is no parent visible, students will be brought back to school. This is our policy under normal circumstances, but is crucial during these dangerously cold conditions.
